The idea of "Sense & Season" was born by the slow food concept. That means on one hand that most of the ingredients are organical cultivated and on the other hand that our culinary food and beverage offers change seasonally. Strawberries and Asparagus are only available in May and June, cabbage only in autumn and so on. Our healthy and balanced food and beverages don't lushes or tires you. They support you to be fresh and fit for the next point on your agenda.
